Lance has been in the technology field for 20 years and has focused on leadership and consulting services. While attending Baker College for his computer science degree, he began his career on the help desk for a leading health care insurance company. He worked his way up the technical ranks until a leadership position opened and he switched gears to drive others to find the best version of themselves.
Lance continued his education and received his MBA from Baker College. He accepted a position as Director of Support Services, and over the course of the next 8 years raising all metrics involving customer satisfaction.

Craig has spent the past 20 years in the technology field with increasing levels of responsibility. He started his career working for a school district as the network administrator and transformed the school into a regional leader for technology. This success quickly led to a global manufacturer recruiting him to be their global technology architect.
After successfully designing and implementing the manufacturer’s global network and collaboration environment, Craig moved to the consulting world to help clients from all sizes and in every vertical. His deep understanding of the Cisco voice platform led him to achieve his CCIE Collaboration #25802 in 2009, one of the highest and most technically regarded certifications in the industry.
During his years in the consulting world he has led multiple technical services teams, spanning all disciplines across multiple states. These experiences led him to join BCS to help shape and define the customer centric approach we use today!
